For fibre optic Internet & mobile services the invoice date is the 1st of the month. Payment normally comes out of your bank account a few days afterwards.
For rural 4G and UK TV services we invoice on the 14th of the month and the billing system requires payment by credit or debit card within 7 days of the invoice date to ensure continuation of services.

To get started simply download the MasMovil app or visit https://yosoymas.masmovil.es/ and click "No Puedes Entrar?". Then imsert the email address you used to signup with us (we can provide this if you forgot) and you will receive an email from MasMovil to access your account online.
Unfortunately it's only available in Spanish right now but if you need any help at all please feel free to get in touch with us.

If there are problems with the IPTV srevice or Internet connection that's the first thing we need to test.
With a device (phone/tablet etc) that is using our connection please visit http://speedtest.googlefiber.net and run a speed test.
To run a speed test from within the player itself just go back to the main manu where you see "Live TV, Guide, Movies" and click "Settings".
Click "Speed Test" and then "Begin Test". Send us the results of the test please.
