Your order with us is subject to these order conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the relevant service you contract with us and we advise you to read both carefully prior to payment.
All orders are subject to availability at the time of order. We do not guarantee that any of the services we advertise will still be available at the time of order. We will inform you as soon as possible after placing an order if, for any reason, the services you have sought to order with us are not available.
As an agent we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the operator or for the services provided by the operator.
We endeavour to ensure that all the information and prices both on our website and in any advertising material that we publish are accurate, however, occasionally changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other details relating to the services that you wish to order before you make your order. Where the service or price has been listed incorrectly and the order has already been confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund all monies paid to you.
We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen services at the time of order.
Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of order e.g. delivery, location etc. You should then confirm your requests in writing but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. The fact that a special request has been noted on your confirmation invoice or any other documentation or that it has been passed on to the operator is not confirmation that the request will be met.
As the contract for your service is between you and the operator, any queries or concerns about your service should be addressed to them in the first instance. If you have a problem with your service whilst using them, this must be reported to the operator immediately. If you fail to follow this procedure there will be less opportunity for the operator to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation you may be entitled to may therefore be reduced or extinguished as a result.
Cancellations & Refunds
Rural Internet (4G) Services:
Coverage & Speed: Please note that as this is a 4G service speeds may vary depending on your location, equipment used and location of that equipment in your property.
although the 4G network will transmit at speeds up to 150 Mbps a typical 4G connection will provide benween 5 Mbps & 20 Mbps depsnding on coverage.
In the case of our Rural 4G services these can be cancelled at any time with 7 days prior notice. However, should they be cancelled after a service has been invoiced and paid we will make an administrative charge of 25 Euros to cover the cost of usage and administrative charges.
Any equipment provided to the client may be purchased back at 50% of the cost paid by the client providing the equipment is returned in its original state and packaging.
Cancellations & refunds for all other products will be referred to the respective operator.
In the case of defective equipment we are happy to refund you. You will need to return the equipment to us with all the cables & remotes originally provided so we can ascertain the nature of the fault. If the equipment is found to be faulty it will be exchanged at no cost to yourself and we will re-imburse your shipping costs.
Where the equipment is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you and a shipping charge will be applied.
Where a service has been cancelled by the client we may at our discretion provide a partial refund for unused services. In some cases this may not be possible, for example where a service has been contracted and allocated to a specific customer.
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by “Force Majeure”. For the purposes of these order conditions, Force Majeure means any event beyond our or our supplier’s control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and acts of terrorism (and threat thereof), civil strife, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination or remain at the travel destination, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, labour strikes, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical problems with transport, air traffic control strikes, flight cancellations and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concerned’s control.
