Your order with us is subject to these order conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the relevant service you contract with us and we advise you to read both carefully prior to payment.
All orders are subject to availability at the time of order. We do not guarantee that any of the services we advertise will still be available at the time of order. We will inform you as soon as possible after placing an order if, for any reason, the services you have sought to order with us are not available.

Where data SIMs have been provided they are provided for data ONLY and any additional charges will be billed to your account. These need to be paid immediately to avoid suspension of services.
Please be aware of any subscription services you use that make charges to the SIM card as these will be passed to you on the next months invoice and will need to be paid to reactivate data services. Where a new SIM is required due to charges being made on the existing SIM card the client will assume any shipping costs.
We reserve the right to suspend and cancel service where any additional charges have been applied through the use of 3rd party websites or services.

Accuracy:
We endeavour to ensure that all the information and prices both on our website and in any advertising material that we publish are accurate, however, occasionally changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. The fact that a special request has been noted on your confirmation invoice or any other documentation or that it has been passed on to the operator is not confirmation that the request will be met.
Complaints:
As the contract for your service is between you and the operator, any queries or concerns about your service should be addressed to them in the first instance. If you have a problem with your service whilst using them, this must be reported to the operator immediately.
